Description
John Daly brings his grip it and rip it style to golf design with his first Myrtle Beach golf course. Teamed with architect Clyde Johnston, whose Heather Glen, Glen Dornoch, and Shaftesbury Glen courses consistently earn rave reviews, they have developed a stunning links course featuring dunes-like mounds and Daly tees that will challenge even the longest hitter. Wicked Stick, a John Daly Signature Course, offers an exciting layout to golfers of all skill levels. Big Crunchers, Seniors, and Ladies will all find enjoyment on this Scottish-styled beauty.
Patterned after the links golf courses of Scotland, the Daly-Johnston layout is an open course featuring expansive dunes fields, large sand waste areas with gorse-like vegetation, deep pot bunkers, and strategically placed water hazards. A par 72, the course measures 6507 yards from the championship tees, with a select number of Daly Signature Tees offering additional length and difficulty.
